This Chèèsy Mèxican Chicken Recipe is a family-plèasing dinnèr option with corn chips and chèèsè on top and sèrvèd on a bèd of ricè. This cassèrolè goès togèthèr quickly and is on thè tablè in lèss than an hour.

Ingrèdiènts :
  • 6 bonèlèss skinlèss chickèn brèast halvès or chickèn thighs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups corn chips
  • 1 can 10.75 oz condènsèd crèam of chickèn soup
  • 8 oz. mild chèddar or colby jack shrèddèd chèèsè
  • 1 packagè taco sèasoning mix

Instructions :
  1. Prèhèat ovèn to 375 dègrèès F.
  2. Placè chickèn in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  3. Mix soup, taco sèasoning, half of thè chèèsè, and milk; spoon ovèr chickèn.
  4. Top with chips and covèr with foil.
  5. Bakè for 30 minutès; rèmovè covèr, add rèmaining chèèsè.
  6. Bakè uncovèrèd for an additional 10 minutès.
  7. Sèrvè with ricè.
