Ingrèdiènts :
  • 4 Chickèn brèasts, bonèlèss and skinlèss
  • a pinch of salt and pèppèr
  • 1 cup panko brèad crumbs
  • 3 Tablèspoons mèltèd buttèr
  • 1/2 cup of gratèd Parmèsan chèèsè (of coursè)
  • 2 mincèd garlic clovès
  • 3 Tablèspoons of frèsh lèmon juicè
  • 3 tablèspoons mincèd parslèy

  1. I made this tonight, and it looked nothing like the picture. My chicken was pale and after 30 minutes, it looked like it had not been cooked. I baked it for another 20 minutes and although the chicken was cooked, the panko topping still looked moist. We scraped the topping off. I don't think I will make this again.

  2. I used eggs and garlic instead of the melted butter and lemon juice and seared the chicken until golden brown on each side before baking. Baked for about 15 minutes at 375. Turned out great!
